We use Cold Bricks and an Insulated Cardboard Shipping Container. (A packaging system that will insure your products arrive fresh and in excellent condition). Please note that some items such as Perogi’s require faster shipping. We use FedEx to insure fast shipping and prompt delivery of your items. If you have a special request regarding delivery, please feel free to contact us directly.
To achive quality & freshness, all orders are shipped WEDNESDAY mornings. Any orders placed ON Wednesday will be shipped the following week.

Janek’s Fine Foods cannot be responsible for customer error in ordering, address information or if a customer has moved prior to shipping. Credit Card accounts, billing and shipping information must be verified. If you are sending a product as a gift, please notify the recipient of the delivery as there is no signature required on our packages. This will prevent the package being delivered back to the shipping terminal and possibly spoiling.
